Refund Policy


Important for you

Our return policy is simple. If you're not 100% happy with your order for any reason, you can return your product and get a refund. Always send us an email first if you feel like you may want to return a product.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, without first contacting us at info@travelgoodz.com.

Internal Return Process

Most of our manufacturers have a policy that lasts 30 days and they only refund in the following cases:

A wrong product is delivered.
The product is not as described.
The product is damaged.

There are certain situations where no refunds or only partial refunds from the manufacturer are granted:

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Exchanges

Manufacturers only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email, so we can instruct you with further return instructions.

Shipping

Please contact us as to where you can ship your order back to.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Those shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, since we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
